How to: Copy data between applications.
Solution:
Use the 'Copy' and 'Paste' commands.
1) Select the data to be copied.
2) Select the 'Edit' menu and select 'Copy'.
3) Switch to the desired application.
4) Open the desired document.
5) Position the cursor at the location where the copied data is to be placed.
6) Select the 'Edit' menu and select 'Paste.
NOTE: The 'Copy and Paste' method does NOT establish a link between the applications.
